Hi, I'm Krystal a proud mom and the heart behind Premier Signature Cleaning! Cleaning isn't just a job for me, its something I truly take pride in.

How do I book a cleaning?
You can book by filling out the form on this website or by contacting me directly through the phone number provided. I will respond within 24 hours (business days) to confirm details.
How far in advance should I book?
Its best to book a few days in advance, as spots can fill quickly.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! All quotes are free with no obligation.
Do you offer same-day or last minute cleanings?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on schedule- feel free to reach out!
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, Zelle, and debit/credit cards. Card payments include a small processing fee. I also offer manual card entry or can send a secure payment link through my business account for convenience.
What is included in a standard clean?
Standard cleanings include dusting, wiping/sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning and trash removal. I do have add-on services as well as deep cleans available.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, I bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment including cleaning rags, vacuum, mop, and broom. Unless you prefer I use your own.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do you offer add- on services?
Yes! I offer optional add-on services so you can fully customize your cleaning experience. These include inside cabinet cleaning, baseboards, refrigerator, oven cleaning, interior windows, wall spot removal, laundry services, and heavy shower or bathroom scrubbing.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. However, a walk through with the client is always recommended so I can ensure all areas and preferences are fully understood and the cleaning is completed to your satisfaction.
Are you pet-friendly?
Absolutely! I'm pet-friendly and happy to work around your furry family members.
Are you kid and senior friendly?
Yes! My services are very kid and senior friendly. As a mother and someone with a caregiving background, I understand the importance of a safe, clean and comfortable home for every family member. I treat every home with the same care and respect as if it were my own.
How long does a cleaning take?
Cleaning time varies based on the size of the home and the level of service requested. Light maintenance cleanings can take around an hour or a few hours, while deep cleaning or heavily detailed work may take several hours or a full day. My goal is always to ensure every job is completed thoroughly and to your satisfaction, not rushed.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is important - please reach out within 24 hours of your cleaning and I will make it right.
What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellation fees are charged. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will require a deposit to reschedule, as that time has already been reserved for your service.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. Contact me for a personalized quote.
